RETURNS
At Voodoo Warehouse, we accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
How it works:
- Request a return: Contact our customer service at info@voodoo-warehouse.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Return authorization: You will receive instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items without prior authorization.
- Refund method: All returns are refunded via a store credit check, valid for future purchases on www.voodoo-warehouse.com.
- Condition on return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
CONDITION RATES
We use a rating system from 5/10 to 10/10 to describe product conditions. We do not sell clothes rated below 5/10.
5/10: Average - Shows moderate wear but functions well. Visible flaws don't impact use significantly.
6/10: Good - Minor flaws are present but don't affect function or appearance much. Generally in good shape.
7/10: Very Good - Slight wear is noticeable, but the item is well-maintained and in good condition.
8/10: Excellent - Minimal wear, looks almost new. Light usage is apparent but minimal signs of damage.
9/10: Like New - Barely any wear, appears nearly new. Exceptionally well-maintained with minimal signs of use.
10/10: Brand New - Perfect condition with no wear, damage, or imperfections. Identical to a new item.
IMPORT FEES/CUSTOMS
Import duties and taxes are included in the paid price, eliminating any additional costs for buyers (US excluded)

How does the our Sourcing Service work?
01. SEND YOUR REQUEST
Tell us what you’re looking for and provide as much information as possible — brand, model, size, color, reference photos or any other relevant details.
02. START THE SEARCH — €60 DEPOSIT
To begin the sourcing process, an initial €60 payment is required. This allows us to actively start the search and dedicate the necessary time to finding the best available options for your request.
The €60 is not an additional fee. It will be fully deducted from the final price of the item you decide to purchase.
03. WE SOURCE IT FOR YOU
Once the deposit is received, we begin searching through our network and available sources. We carefully review potential options based on authenticity, condition, size and price.
04. REVIEW YOUR OPTIONS
When we find a suitable piece, we’ll send you all the available information, including photos, condition and final price, so you can decide whether you’d like to proceed.
05. COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE
Once you approve an item, the €60 deposit is deducted from its final price. You simply pay the remaining balance and we arrange the purchase and delivery.
Please note: Due to the nature of vintage and archive sourcing, availability and search times may vary depending on the rarity of the requested piece.
How do our Gift Cards work?
Voodoo Warehouse Gift Cards are a simple way to gift access to our entire selection of designer vintage and archive pieces.
Choose from the available amounts and, once purchased, the gift card will be delivered digitally by email with a unique code that can be used at checkout.
Gift cards can be used on any available item on our online store and do not expire. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any of our available payment methods.
If you would like a specific amount that is not currently available, contact us and we can arrange a custom gift card for you.
