At Voodoo Warehouse, we accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

How it works:

1. Request a return: Contact our customer service at info@voodoo-warehouse.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return authorization: You will receive instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items without prior authorization.
3. Refund method: All returns are refunded via a store credit check, valid for future purchases on www.voodoo-warehouse.com.
4. Condition on return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

We use a rating system from 5/10 to 10/10 to describe product conditions. We do not sell clothes rated below 5/10.

5/10: Average - Shows moderate wear but functions well. Visible flaws don't impact use significantly.

6/10: Good - Minor flaws are present but don't affect function or appearance much. Generally in good shape.

7/10: Very Good - Slight wear is noticeable, but the item is well-maintained and in good condition.

8/10: Excellent - Minimal wear, looks almost new. Light usage is apparent but minimal signs of damage.

9/10: Like New - Barely any wear, appears nearly new. Exceptionally well-maintained with minimal signs of use.

10/10: Brand New - Perfect condition with no wear, damage, or imperfections. Identical to a new item.

Import duties and taxes are included in the paid price, eliminating any additional costs for buyers (US excluded)
