Refund policy

At Voodoo Warehouse, we accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

How it works:

1. Request a return: Contact our customer service at info@voodoo-warehouse.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return authorization: You will receive instructions for returning the item. Please do not send items without prior authorization.

3. Refund method: All returns are refunded via a store credit check, valid for future purchases on www.voodoo-warehouse.com.

4. Condition on return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Notes:

• This policy applies to all items, regardless of reason for return.

• Vintage wear, minor patina, or previously used condition does not affect eligibility for return.

• Free shipping and import duties are included in the purchase price. US customers may be subject to additional customs fees.
