Burberry B8983/S shield sunglasses featuring a streamlined wraparound silhouette with a single grey-tinted shield lens and slim silver-tone metal frame. The upper section is finished with Burberry’s instantly recognizable Nova Check pattern, combining beige, black, white and burgundy tones for a distinctly early-2000s look.
Designed with a low-profile, sporty silhouette, the sunglasses feature a gently curved shield lens, adjustable nose pads and narrow metal temples finished with contrasting black temple tips. The combination of technical wraparound proportions and the house’s signature check captures the sport-luxury aesthetic associated with Burberry accessories from the Y2K era.
Produced in Italy by Safilo for Burberry, the inside temples are marked “B8983/S/L 7A8”, “115”, “BURBERRY”, “SAFILO” and “MADE IN ITALY”.
