Dolce & Gabbana Rainbow Hands Gold O-Ring Top

Rare vintage D&G by Dolce & Gabbana multicolor Handprint O-Ring top featuring the house's highly collectible all-over rainbow hands print and a dramatic plunging neckline connected by three oversized gold-tone metal rings. Produced in Italy, the piece embodies the bold, playful and overtly sensual aesthetic associated with D&G's early-2000s designs.

Cut in a fitted stretch silhouette with long sleeves, the top is covered in overlapping illustrated hands rendered in vivid shades of pink, orange, turquoise, green, red and purple. The extremely deep V-shaped front is finished with contrasting metallic gold trim and three large O-ring hardware details, creating an open décolleté that gives the piece its distinctive disco-inspired appearance.

The Rainbow Hands print has become one of the more recognizable archival D&G motifs, with different pieces from the same design appearing on the vintage market as tops, skirts and dresses. The O-ring top in particular has become highly collectible and examples are currently listed at unusually high prices on the secondary market.

Most notably, Bella Hadid has been photographed wearing this same D&G Rainbow Hands O-Ring design, considerably increasing the collectability of the piece. Archival sellers and 1stDibs specifically document the design as worn by Bella Hadid, while other listings also associate the style with Addison Rae.

The multicolor hand print remains vibrant and the characteristic gold-tone O-ring hardware is intact.
